      Weight Loss: FUNctional Fitness Programs!

      If you want to LOSE WEIGHT and FEEL GREAT this is the program for you!  The biggest buzz word in the fitness industry today is; Functional Training! (FT).  Functional training put simply is; training movements of the body.  This means training multiple muscle groups at once using the CORE for support! This differs from machines that use back rests and seats which in turn relax the core.  Functional training allows more calories/hour to be burned and more muscles/workout to be engaged! The vast variety of exercises put the FUN in FUNctional and that is how you GET RESULTS! FAST!  My functional fitness programs are great for the person trying to shed fat, strengthen and define muscle, increase flexibility, balance and range of motion, strengthen the core musculature (abdominals, obliques, hips, paraspinals), and achieve a higher overall level of fitness.  Basic, advanced, and elite programs available.

      Muscle-building (HYPERTROPHY) Programs!

      In the days of the gladiators, a great physique was quite normal because everyone had to work very hard physically to perform the needs of society.  In today’s world a great physique is rare; in fact obesity has become the majority!  People work hard in less physical ways today; desk jobs and machines have replaced the physical labor that our bodies need to stay in shape.  We also have more complex lives, more distractions and less time to spend trying to figure out how to get in shape.  That why I am here! I have spent my life getting myself and others in phenomenal shape! That is why I created the perfect muscle-building program for the person who wants to pack on some serious muscle in the shortest amount of time!  Basic, advanced and FREAK programs are available.  

      • BASIC: 3/45min workouts per week. Basic Exercises and Rest Periods. Begin your transformation here!
      • ADVANCED: 5/45min workouts per week.  More Exercises. More Equipment. More Workouts. More Muscle. Take your muscle mass to the next level! 
      • FREAK: 6/1hour workouts per week. This is my personal workout that I do to achieve the greatest gains in muscle hypertrophy.  If you are just starting out this workout is NOT for you! Not because you wouldn’t be able to handle it, you would, mental toughness is a great asset, however; your body would not have the recovery time to produce the gains in muscle mass if you haven’t exposed it to hypertrophy training before.  You would simply over train and over damage your muscle and need some time off.  Remember you breakdown in the gym and build in your sleep.  With that said this workout is optimized for serious mass for the person who is familiar with the gym and has prior weight training experience.

      Lean Ladies Programs!

      Ladies these programs are specially designed for you!  The most common fear among most female's when approaching a fitness regiment is "getting bulky." That fear has been annihilated in these programs with years of research and implementation with hundreds of female trainees. These programs contain light weights, high reps, and work multiple muscle groups together to prevent the overload stimulus that happens when isolating one muscle group and leads to gaining muscle mass.  What does all this mean? This means you a get lean, tone, sexy body and attack fat in all the trouble areas: thighs, butt, hips, stomach and arms! Basic, Advanced and BOMBSHELL Lean Ladies Total Body Programs available as well as a Ultimate Butt and Legs Programs!

      • ADVANCED:

      Functional "CORE" Strength Programs!

      It’s not about how much weight you can lift, it's how much strength you can use! That about sums up what functional strength is.  This is CORE strength training! No support from benches, back rests, seats, etc.  YOUR CORE STRENGTH WILL DETERMINE HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU CAN MOVE.  If you cannot tell by all the capital letters, this is my favorite type of strength training.  Basic, advanced and FREAK programs available!

      • BASIC: 3 workouts per week. Basic functional strength exercises.  Great for anyone!  
      • ADAVANCED: 3 workouts per week.  Advanced functional exercises, compound movements, single leg/arm progression.  Great for the fitness enthusiast, performance athletes, and those who have already worked through the basic program and want to get MORE CORE STRENGTH! 
      • FREAK: 3-6 workouts per week.  Busting out all the moves here!  If you want to really test your overall strength and functionality this program will do just that! This workout is often updated to accommodate the latest viral exercises such as: the muscle up, single arm stability ball press, all the way to the one arm pull-up!  This workout is for the person that see’s that person in the corner of the gym doing crazy exercise and wants to be able to do them too!  NOT for beginners! The advanced functional strength program is a pre-requisite for this program!

      Traditional Strength Programs!

      If it's BIG NUMBERS you want then this is the program for you!  My strength program has been tested and proven with junior, collegiate and professional athletes to get their numbers up for camp, combines, season, as well as the average “Joe” that wants to bench-press,  squat or deadlift more.  Whether you have hit a plateau in your workout or you are just starting out, this program will get YOU STRONGER!  Basic and advanced and FREAK programs available.

      • BASIC:  3 workouts per week.  Introduction to strength training. Great for anyone! 
      • ADVANCED: 3 workouts per week.  Getting HEAVY here! This is a high intensity, low volume program for serious strength.  Great for those who want to lift heavier weight and off season athletes! General Conditioning or basic strength program is a suggested pre-requisite for this advanced program. 
      • FREAK: 5 workouts per week.  FREAK STRENGTH. This is a workout program to get freakishly strong in most traditional exercises for each muscle group.  If its numbers you want to put up for great overall strength this is the program for you. Great for anyone who has completed the basic strength program.

      Feel Great Flexibility: Low Back Pain Program!

      This Feel Great Flexibility Program will deal with the most common pain area in the human body; the lower back!  One of the main reasons the lower back is a target for pain is due to the DE-EVOLUTION of the human posture! The rounded, hunched over a desk for 8hours a day position is the most common denominator in those with low back pain. That’s right we have become a nation of SITTERS!  This curvature isn’t great for the lower back but it’s also not the main reason for most cases of low back pain.  The common sense approach with treating low back pain would be to look at and treat the low back.  This however is most often not the place responsible for causing the pain.  The sitting position also shortens two muscle groups that can put an enormous amount of pressure on the low back and pelvis when under tension.  These muscles are going to be the main focus in this program as we are essentially going to UNDO what the sitting position has done!  Without further ado.. I present to you:  The Hamstrings and Hip Flexors!  This program will focus on lengthening the hamstrings and hip flexors, and strengthening the lower back and surrounding core musculature to eliminate and prevent further back pain!
